Somodo. Toshi and Shojiro cook between modern and traditional kitchen and looking to the Mediterranean and Japan. All subtle, elegant and with a “high end” level touch. All in an old clothing store that now hosts only 20 guests.
Palo Alto. A series of old factories surrounded by gardens conceal this restaurant. A place for “menu del día” in which dishes are created according to what the market gives. Examples? Patatas bravas, leek quiche, cod with peppers, falafel and even paella.
